Grant has been having a little trouble sleeping at school. His teacher took him out in the hallway to have a "talk" with him about laying down and being quiet for his friends. Then she asked him if he was ready to go back in and go to sleep. He said 'no' and laughed at her. She seemed very displeased by this. She did tell me that there wasn't anything Grant could do that was too much for her. I had to giggle a little. :-)
Last week while Grant was at school I let Reagan choose what we were going to do. On Tuesday all she wanted to do was watch tv. I could not talk her in to anything else. She wanted to watch tv without Grant bugging her and got to pick her own shows.On Thursday I took Reagan and her friend Julia to a "tea party" at a local restaurant, The Chocolate Covered Strawberry. Julia's mom kept her out of daycare so I could take her. It's a little cafe in an old house and the food is pretty good. They brought the girls drinks out in tea cups and we had chocolate covered strawberries. Reagan wasn't a big fan, but Julia loved it. I heard them talking later and Julia was telling Reagan what they were going to do next time I kept her...
